About Miss River Valley Teen

I am honored to serve as Miss River Valley’s Teen 2026 and to embrace the responsibility and sisterhood that come with this opportunity. I am a junior at Minnetonka High School, where I am an AP Scholar with Distinction, a member of the National Honor Society, and actively involved in executive leadership roles across different student organizations, including Best Buddies. Outside the classroom, I am a competitive USA swimmer, a classical pianist, and a travel enthusiast.

My Community Service Initiative, Obtaining Confidence Daily, was born from my personal journey living with OCD and has become the foundation of my advocacy. What once felt overwhelming has shaped a mission to reduce stigma and help young people build confidence in practical and sustainable ways. Through school partnerships, mental health awareness efforts, and community engagement, I work to create spaces where students feel seen, supported, and empowered.

I am proud to serve as a grassroots advocate for the International OCD Foundation and to partner with organizations such as PrairieCare Fund to expand mental health education and support. As the author of Through Her Eyes, a caregiver youth book exploring life with OCD, I share my story to encourage families to have open and honest conversations about mental health. I also created Confidence in Kindergarten, a literature-based program designed to help our youngest students develop emotional awareness and self-confidence.

Looking ahead, I plan to graduate from Stanford University with a degree in political science before attending law school to earn my Juris Doctor. I hope to build a career grounded in advocacy, leadership, and public service.

I believe confidence is built from the inside out. It is something you practice through courage, honesty, and support. Through this journey, I am grateful to grow in sisterhood while using this platform to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
